I've heard from quite a few people who read my blog and have also had success following the weight loss advice.
Last week I talked about my own temptations to use some gimmicky or fad diet and how I opted instead for the good old-fashioned tried and true way, which is exercising more and eating less.
- Mindful eating
- Increased exercise
- Building muscle mass by using weights +/or resistance
- Smaller portions
- More vegetables and Fewer carbs
This week we'll start with more vegetables and fewer carbs. You've probably heard about low carb diets and maybe even tried South Beach or heard about low glycemic index foods. If you have, then you're way ahead of the game and have a better understanding of how important it is to choose your food wisely and not pack on extra sugars and carbohydrates.
I'm not saying to stop eating carbohydrates. I am saying this: Make wise choices with carbs.

ok in order
1. how many calories to eat everyday?
2. how many hours of exercise everyday?
3. what foods to cut off?
4. foods that will help with my metabolism
am 16 yrs, wieght 200(i know its too much) female.
i do the gilad fitness exercises if that helps.
